The parquet floor creaks underfoot, the Rhine flows quietly outside the windows, while voices and the clinking of glasses fill the room. Everything here revolves around French cuisine - traditional, artisanal and shared with the guests. The cheese trolley rolls up to the table, the salt-crusted sea bass is filleted before your eyes.

The most beautiful delicacies deserve special attention: Please order your sea bass in a salt crust for two people at least two days in advance so that we can prepare it perfectly for you using the traditional method.
Wine
Red wine and white wine are wines. Champagne is wine – the one with the bubbles. And then there’s orange wine.
